Riding Physiotherapy Clinics

DIRT Riding Physiotherapy Clinics are designed to assess and treat an individuals imbalances and asymmetries in the saddle, in order to work towards optimal performance. These clinics are designed to be approachable for any discipline or riding level.

We are available to host these riding clinics upon your request, and would love the opportunity to visit your barn or your group of riders!

Clinic Option 1

Group format. Includes:

1 hour of evaluation in the saddle
- Riding your own horse, following directions of physiotherapist while they evaluate balance and symmetry in rider
1 hour of mat work & lecture
30 min break (bring own lunch/snack)
1 hour of physiotherapy treatments
- Each participant will receive individual adjustments, treatment and exercise prescription
1 hour of final riding
- Participants will again ride in the saddle, physiotherapist will identify changes and improvements as well as make plans for further treatment at this time. Resistance riding bands will also be available during this riding time for increased awareness of balance for riders.

Cost: $275/per person. Maximum 6 participants.

Clinic Option 2

Group format. Includes:

1.5 hours of evaluation and treatment in the saddle
- Riding your own horse, following directions of physiotherapist while they evaluate balance and symmetry in rider.

This clinic option includes adjustments and activation, in the saddle.

Cost: $125/per person.

Clinic Option 3

Individual format. Includes:

15 min of evaluation in the saddle
- Riding your own horse, following directions of physiotherapist while they evaluate balance and symmetry in rider.
30 min treatment of both horse and rider, from separate therapists
15 min post treatment evaluation/lesson

Cost: $250

Clinic Option 4

Individual format. Includes:

15 min of evaluation in the saddle
- Riding your own horse, following directions of physiotherapist while they evaluate balance and symmetry in rider
30 min treatment of rider
15 min post treatment evaluation/lesson

Cost: $150/per person, greater than 2 people

$175/per person, less than 2 people
